PAYMENT POLICY:
50% advance at the time of booking confirmation
50% balance 15 days prior to the travel date.
In case the booking is made within 15 days of travel, 100% advance is required at the time of confirmation.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
16 Days or more prior to the date of arrival – 15% of the total bill will be charged.
15 Days prior to the date of arrival- 25% of the total bill will be charged.
07 Days prior to the date of arrival – 50% of the total bill will be charged
07 Days less than the date of arrival – 100% of the total bill will be charged
Cancellation of some particular hotels is different from the above. The cancellation policy of those hotels will apply over & above the package cancellation, whichever is higher e.g. Grand Dragon etc.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Check in time would be 2:00 P.M and check-out time would be 11.00 A.M
We will not bear any cost for flight cancelled or delayed due to Bad weather or any other reason given by the airline. Cost for accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be borne by the passenger.
No Refund or Compensation for any unused services or transport in any kind of circumstance.
Room allotment will be as per the availability at the time of check-in, floor or view preferences are not guaranteed.
Extra Adult with Mattress will Share the same Double room, Extra Child will share the same room sharing parents Bed.
Food menu as per availability of vegetables based on Buffet | Fixed menus
Any dispute will be subject to Delhi jurisdiction
Any addition in Tax or Fuel charge done by Airlines / Transport Company etc. will be chargeable to the travelers.
Non A/c rooms WITHOUT FAN AT MANY Hotels will be provided at hill stations of Himachal like Shimla/ Manali/ Dharamshala/ Dalhousie/ Khajjiar, as it doesn’t require as per the weather conditions throughout the year, if some hotels have a/c in the room, then it will be a chargeable basis as per the hotel policy and on direct payment basis only – hotel doesn't allow it without any cost to use the a/c in room if it is there in any of the hotels.
Some of the hotels may be in the outskirt area of the city/ town/ where there is ample parking space, good accessibility, silence, view. The main reason to avoid parking issue, hassle & puzzle of the traffic issue.
Major of the hotels will take extra charges for Room Heater – which charges to be paid at the hotel directly as per their terms and conditions and depends on guest requirements.
The above rates are applicable strictly for resident Indian citizens only
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Guest must carry Valid identity proof includes PAN Card / Driving License/ Office Staff ID card/ Passport / Voter ID Card / For children (School ID Card).
Kindly note that names of hotels / Camps mentioned above only indicate that our rates have been based on the usage of these hotels and it is not to be construed that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey such confirmation to you. In the event of accommodation not becoming available at any of the above mentioned hotels, we shall book alternate accommodation at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement/reduction whatever applicable) to you.
Our offer is based on usage of base category rooms at the mentioned hotels (unless specified otherwise) and if this category of rooms is not available we shall try to confirm accommodation in the next available higher category of rooms and shall advise the supplementary cost involved while conveying the status.
We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the cost
We are not responsible for any local dealing of clients with Local market vendors or pony wala’s or Local guide in any city.
Clients / Guests have to make direct payment for adventure activities
